Eleven Step Process

  1. Take one deep breath, think about your favorite color, let it out.
  2. Take one deep breath, think about your favorite flower, let it out.
  3. Take one deep breath, think about the texture of grass under bare feet, let it out.
  4. Take one deep breath, think about your favorite sweet, let it out.
  5. Take one deep breath, think about your favorite animals, let it out.
  6. Take one deep breath, think about the color of the sky right now, let it out.
  7. Take one deep breath, think about your favorite cartoon, let it out.
  8. Take one deep breath, think about the texture of your fingertips, let it out.
  9. Take one deep breath, think about running your fingers through a bowl of flour, let it out.
  10. Take one deep breath, think about nothing, let it out.
  11. Just let out the damn tears, and feel better, feel better.
